• A 15% restocking fee applies to returns of custom cut-to-order chains.
• Because this chain is plated, we strongly recommend that it not be subjected to soldering. The plating may burn off, leaving the finish discolored and requiring you to re-plate the chain.
• As a result of the manufacturing process, chain may not always be one continuous piece; it may include lengths spliced together with wire.

• IMPORTANT: Sterling silver is an alloy containing metals that react with chemicals found in air and produce tarnish; high moisture levels, exposure to sunlight and contaminants such as salt water increase this reaction. Take steps to protect sterling silver by keeping it in airtight packages, use tarnish-resistant products (such as tarnish tabs or strips) that absorb harmful chemicals, and store sterling in a cool, dry place.
