Returns Policy

All returns will be accepted with original product packages and receipts 15 days after purchase in-store, or 15 days from the delivery date for online orders. Any and all product quality claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise, otherwise, any return shipping is under the expense of the buyer. An Order Number must be referenced on all returns. No returns on clearance and final sale items. Silver products return will be charged a $5 cutting fee on each product if cut. Silver and other precious metal casting grain are not refundable. If no quality issue, torches are not refundable due to customer safety reasons. All gold and gold-filled products are not returnable. All natural gemstones including treated natural stones are not returnable.

Return Steps:

1. Print a invoice from your account

2. Write down the return product SKU and reason of return on the back of the invoice.

3. Insert the noted invoice into the shipping package.

4. Ship it to :

5. We'll process the return after we received your return. You will get email notice for your refund. 


In Canada by Letter Mail: if your order is small enough (less than 500g and smaller than 38x27x2cm), you also can choose letter mail, please choose the cheapest shipping method and leave your request on the comment area. Cost from $2-6, overcharge will be refunded. Please Note: Letter mail doesn't have any insurance and tracking, so risk on your own. If your package is not fit in a letter mail, we'll contact you and your order status will be changed to pending.

First Nation Tax Exemption In Canada

Only apply to shipping order to First Nation Reserve Areas.

First Nations customers may qualify for GST/HST and/or PST tax refunds on their qualifying purchases. Tax refund requests can only be made up to 30 days after the order was placed. If the order was placed more than 30 days prior, we will not be able to issue a refund. For more information, please contact your provincial taxing authority or click here for details with the Canada Revenue Agency. does not currently support enrollment into the Amazon Tax Exemption Program (ATEP) for First Nations customers. You must contact us for your first order you are requesting a tax refund on after the order has been delivered. Refunds cannot be issued until the item has been marked as delivered in our courier website.

    Once we received your information, you will get an email to confirm. Then, reply back with:
  • A copy of your Certificate of Indian Status (status card), front and back

Once approved, we will set up your account and post code as First Nation Tax Exemption. You will get tax exemption for your future orders, if you are using the same account and post code.
