Shipping & Returns
All returns will be accepted with original product packages and receipts in 15 days after purchase. Any and all product quality claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise, otherwise any return shipping is under the expense of buyer. An Order Number must be referenced on all returns. No returns on clearance items. Silver products return will be charged $5 cutting fee on each product if cut. If no quality issue, torches are not refundable.
1. Print a invoice from your account
2. Write down the return product SKU and reason of return on the back of the invoice.
3. Insert the noted invoice into the shipping package.
4. Ship it to :

5. We'll process the return after we received your return. You will get email notice for your refund.
In Canada by Letter Mail: if your order is small enough (less than 500g and smaller than 38x27x2cm), you also can choose letter mail, please choose the cheapest shipping method and leave your request on the comment area. Cost from $2-6, overcharge will be refunded. Please Note: Letter mail doesn't have any insurance and tracking, so risk on your own. If your package is not fit in a letter mail, we'll contact you and your order status will be changed to pending.
