This is a decorative bullet-style end cap with feathered detailing to mimic a blooming flower.

Bullet ends are a great option for finishing multiple strands or heavy cord. Some varieties also work great for finishing earrings, handmade tassels, and kumihimo braids. For bullet ends without a loop, wrap wire or a head pin securely around all strands of cording, then pull the cording into the bullet end, run the free end of the wire out the hole, and make a wrapped loop or simple loop. Then attach clasp, jump ring or ear wire to loop.
