Pair of scrolling tools for hot plate furnace. The metal parts on Thompson Enamel's firing tools are made with mild steel. It is normal for this type of steel to oxidize slightly during the weld process and over time. If desired, you may remove oxidation with fine sand paper and a light coat of machine oil can be wiped over the metal surface.
