What you'll make and learn
- Create and pour your own autumn-scented candle in a 7 oz glass jar to take home. The 7 oz refers to the jar size; the actual amount of wax will be slightly less.
- Choose from a selection of autumn-inspired fragrances.
- Work with a high-quality natural coconut-soy wax blend, selected for its creamy finish and excellent fragrance performance.
- Learn about different types of candle wax and the differences between them.
- Learn about fragrance load, how fragrance is measured, and the importance of using the correct percentage.
- Learn about different types and sizes of candle wicks and how the appropriate wick is selected.
- Learn about the importance of wax temperature, including when fragrance is added and the proper pouring temperature.
- Follow the candle-making process step by step and pour your own autumn-scented candle.
You'll leave with your own handmade autumn-scented candle and a better understanding of the candle-making process.
